Digital purchases use Play billing, nothing steers users elsewhere, and prices match the Play bill

The question The app sells something. Are in-app features, content or subscriptions bought only through Play billing? Physical goods and the other exceptions must not use it. Does nothing in the listing, the app or its sign-up flow point to another payment method? Do in-app prices match the Play bill?

The rule, in our words

Payments: Paid downloads and any in-app purchase of items, subscriptions, features, content or cloud services must use Google Play's billing system unless Section 3, 8 or 9 applies. Play billing must not be used for physical goods or services, credit-card or utility bill payments, peer-to-peer payments, online auctions, tax-exempt donations, online gambling, or categories barred by the Payments Center policies. Outside those sections and the enrolled alternative-billing or external-offer programmes in eligible countries, the app may not lead users to another payment method through its listing, in-app promotions, web views, links, buttons, ads or sign-up flows. In-app currencies stay in the app they were bought for. Terms and pricing must be clear, in-app prices must match the Play billing screen, a listing that mentions paid features must say payment is required, and randomised purchases such as loot boxes must show the odds before purchase.
