The rule, in our words

App Review Guidelines: Sweepstakes and contests must be sponsored by the developer with official rules shown in the app that say Apple is not involved; in-app purchase may not buy currency for real-money gaming; real-money gaming and lotteries need licences everywhere they are offered, must be geo-restricted to those places and must be free; card counters and other illegal gambling aids are refused.
