The rule, in our words

• App Review Guidelines: An app whose primary account can be set up or signed in with a third-party social login must also offer an equivalent login that collects only name and email, lets the user hide their email, and does not collect interactions for advertising without consent; exempt when the app uses only its own account system, is an alternative app marketplace (or distributed from one) using a marketplace-specific login, requires an enterprise or education account, uses a citizen identity system, or is a client for one specific third-party service.
