App Review Guidelines: Cryptocurrency wallets only from developers enrolled as an organisation; no mining unless it runs off device; cryptocurrency transactions only on an approved exchange and only in countries or regions where the app has the required licensing and permissions; ICOs, crypto futures and other crypto-securities trading only from established banks, securities firms, FCMs or other approved financial institutions, complying with all applicable law; no offering currency to users for tasks such as downloading other apps, recruiting users or posting to social networks.
Blockchain-based Content: Cryptocurrency purchase, holding and exchange should go through certified services in regulated jurisdictions, and the app must comply with the regulations of every region it targets; no mining on the device; an app selling or letting users earn tokenised assets must declare it in the Financial features form and mark such in-app products; no glamorising earnings; outside the licensed gambling programme, money should not be accepted for a chance at an NFT of unknown value, and NFTs must not be wagered or staked for prizes of real-world value.
