The rule, in our words

• App Review Guidelines: A submission should be the final version, with all metadata present, every link working, and placeholder text or temporary content scrubbed; test on a device and include a demo account (or an approved demo mode) if the app has a login. Bundles that are incomplete or crash are rejected. Make sure any in-app purchases are complete and visible to the reviewer, or explain in the review notes.
