The rule, in our words

• App Review Guidelines: Apps should not include content that is offensive, defamatory, violent, sexual, inflammatory about religion, or false, including fake device data, joke features such as fake location trackers, or anything that profits from a current tragedy; apps enabling anonymous or prank calling or messaging will be rejected. Saying it is for entertainment does not excuse it.
• Illegal Activities: No facilitating or promoting illegal activity: no sale of illegal drugs, no depicting drug, alcohol or tobacco use by minors, no instructions for making illegal drugs.
• Child Endangerment: Zero tolerance for anything that endangers children: no content or use that facilitates abuse, grooming, sexualisation, sextortion or trafficking; no adult themes, excessive violence, dangerous acts or negative body-image content in an app that appeals to children. Anonymous chat, random chat, social and dating apps must publish standards prohibiting child abuse, offer in-app reporting, remove such material on knowledge, comply with child-safety law including reporting to the relevant authority, and name a child-safety contact.
